Parents - Final Forms allows you to upload documents to your child's account. You are welcome to upload documents to your student's account via PDF format through this portal including. However, we also require the original documents be sent in to the building office or given to the team coach in the case of athletic physicals. (Other formats such as .jpeg or.png or not acceptable.)
Please DO NOT attach immunization records with athletic physicals. All immunization records should be directed to the building offices. Those can be handed in at the beginning of the school year, faxed from the doctor's office or emailed to the the appropriate building secretary.
If you have any questions, please contact the Central Office prior to August 2nd or your building secretary after August 2nd.
All building offices reopen on August 2nd @ 8:00am.
