Dakota Lay is the son of Jack and Cindy Lay. Dakota plans on entering the workforce. Jack and Cindy said "Dakota is amazingly strong and smart in so many ways. He is always willing to help whenever someone is in need. He is friendly, generous, loving and funny. He loves his family and is a great uncle! " Dakota's favorite memory of High School was annoying Mr. Bell. We are proud of Dakota and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
