For the first time, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is asking consumers, not internet service providers, about their internet experience. Now is the chance for our families to be heard. The FCC will use this data to improve their broadband availability maps. These maps will help internet service providers and governments understand where in Ohio internet service is most urgently needed and decide future funding of broadband services.

Families struggling with internet connectivity, and therefore unable to access the online survey, can call the Connectivity Champions for help! Connectivity Champions are helping families complete the online survey over the phone at 844-K12-OHIO.

The pandemic exposed how important internet is as a daily function of the 21st century economy. Medical, educational, consumerism, information—internet impacts everyday life. The Connectivity Champions would like to see all Ohioans connected to the internet. Now is Ohio’s time to speak up!
