Sam Carter is the son of Dave and Theresa Carter. Sam will be attending Clark State Community College next year to pursue a degree in Graphic Design. Dave and Theresa said "Sam is special because he is a kind soul that has a big heart. Sam is an excellent artist." Sam's favorite memory of High School was "spending Homecoming with his home boi Dakota Lay". We are proud of Sam and wish him the best in his future endeavors. #classof2020 #BurgSenior
