KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Registration dates for the 2023-24 school year will be on Tuesday, April 18th from 4:00pm-6:30pm and Tuesday, April 25th from 4:00pm-6:30pm.
In our ongoing effort to streamline processes and provide quality customer service, all new student registration is being centralized within our District Registrar’s office. In doing this, the Kindergarten registration process will look a little different. The first step in registering your child for Kindergarten will be to complete the required forms online through Final Forms prior to scheduling an in-person registration appointment.
Please visit: https://mechanicsburg-oh.finalforms.com (Link will not accept 2023-24 registrations until April 1, 2023). Click on Parent * NEW ACCOUNT to start the process. (Note: If you have other students currently attending Mechanicsburg and you have a Final Forms parent account, click on Parent Login and add the kindergarten student to your account.)
After FinalForms are complete, you can call Mrs. Heyder at 937-834-2453 ext.1406 to schedule your appointment. There will be a small enrollment packet sent to you after your appointment is scheduled.
We ask that only one (1) parent/guardian be present for the registration appointment.
Please bring the completed packet and copies of the following papers for registration:
Birth Certificate* (not hospital record) *Student must be 5 on or before August 1, 2023
Child’s Immunization Records
Residency Verification Form (attached with a current utility bill or lease agreement)
Parent Driver’s License
Divorce Decree and/or Custody Paperwork (if applicable) *ALL pages of court documentation are required
